Allow automatic access to other users' recordings as an admin

The account owner should have full access to the account and access to all the recordings with his/her business domain
having to ask the employee to share their call recording is adding extra work for them to do and it's information the owner should have to access as it's considered company property as it's happening in the company workspace, using company tools, and during company working hours.
