Allow workspace templates to be edited by multiple users

I would love for other admins/users to edit workspace templates. Currently they're only editable by the person who created the template. Our organization have multiple users who should have edit access for templates.

This would be very helpful for my team. We are a global team with a number of managers who all should have the ability to change a template from time to time. (Either when we change the format of our meeting following a retro, or when we want to update helpful links in the rolling agenda.) Limiting this to the owner or admin means in our context we have one person who is a point of failure, and run the risk of having either duplicate templates or out of date templates.
