We don't need every call to have a recorded video. It's especially important on calls with customers wherein knowing there will be a video recording saved can change the dynamic and comfort level of everyone in the digital room.

This is a really important feature to me because it allows the user to grab the transcript and use it with AI in Chat GPT to draft comms, follow up on tasks etc. It would be a huge time saver! I am finding myself leaving voice memos to myself in an effort to capture the conversations from the video recording.
