I'll upvote this, and also clarify by saying that if your whole organization is on Fellow, and multiple people are in a meeting, the CoPilot's name in the meeting should probably be, "[Company] Copilot" ... or "[Company]'s Shared Copilot".

It's very awkward to have one individual's name on the Copilot ... begs the question for everyone on the call if they will have access to the notes, etc.
